I bought some ''Rain X Anti Fog'' in an attempt to stop my rear lights from steaming up. When i went to apply it though the bottle said not to use the stuff on plastic. Has anyone tried it anyway? Or is there some other devious method of stopping this small problem? Also has anyone tried it on the inside of the rear plastic window?

Used to use Rain-X on the lights and rearscreen of my old Chimaera, it worked great and never had any problems with it. Obviously don't rub too hard on the rear screen though, as that could stretch it over time!! ================ Graham and Rosie

Someone has told me that if you rub shaving cream into a bathroom mirror then it will not steam up and will keep clear. Worth a try I think.

Scuba divers spit in their masks to stop them steaming up, but I doubt if it would impress the lady if you start gobbing on the rear screen!
