Alarm Upgrade?

Has anyone managed to convert their standard Chimaera alarm to close the windows when the button is pressed & has anyone tied in a remote boot opening device? Cheers

Last time I was at David Battys garage he was busy fitting alarms that had various additional features. These included boot release, engine starting and a button which turned the headlights on for a few seconds so that you can see your way to the front door....nice. No idea which brand it was but I think David mentioned 400 quid. I was very tempted since my door locks (early chim) have just about given up.

Fernhurst do a remote boot release. I had it done when my car was in for servicing last week. It requires a second Meta key fob rather than using the existing immobiliser/door lock release but I'm very pleased with it. Cost was about £125. Russell
