Hi, does anyone have details of the brackets used to mount the Chimaera / Griffith (and possibly Cerbera) AC condenser to the radiator? I can’t seem to find these parts referenced anywhere.

Many thanks
Andrew

I have a sneaky feeling these were made by TVR, so you may have to buy from a breaker. Just spent an ocd whole day looking into condensers,
dryers and trinary switches. The condenser (as is the receiver/ dryer and trinary switch) is from a defender 300tdi 94 to 2000, so not sure if it ran a similar rad to ours. Condenser part number 2068ae by Sanden (for those down under, Repco part number CNX413).

What a mish to get out, especially with the factory oil cooler pipes in the way.

I was thinking that might be the case.

I already have the condenser, drier, trinary switch, etc, as these are available from the various TVR parts stores, it's just the brackets i'm missing! I think it will be easier to make them myself, as they don't need to be complicated.

Cool, I quite like the set up besides the bottom fixings being fairly inaccessible without the rad out. Theres 2 x full height brackets with rad fixings top and bottom coming off those. Be good to come up with a way to make it easier to keep the condenser in if the rad needs to be removed without discharging the system. If I started from scratch; I'd be tempted to fix to the body Let me know if you need any pics.

Great idea, I was actually thinking the same earlier about mounting the condenser to the body rather than the radiator.

If you have pics, that would be great. Thank you.

Andrew.
