With those offsets (not sure how they can be 'either' 40 or 42? Unless there are 2 of each), you'd need at least 5mm spacers on the rear and probably 10mm on the front.
The tyres for the rear would be too small too, shame to have to get rid of new ones.
Keep them as 2 sets of fronts perhaps?
