Air Con Drier & Trinary Switch - Help!

Hello!

I recently purchased a drier and trinary switch from Power. I can’t figure out where the trinary switch mounts on to drier. Do I need to remove the black bolt?

It doesn’t fit where the valve is, and the hole in the top seems to be a sight-glass. It would appear that removing the bolt is the only place the trinary switch could go, but I’m reluctant to remove the bolt in case that’s not correct and I ruin the drier.

From the photo in the other thread, I would seem like I need to remove the black bolt.
