Reading Spark Plugs

Something I always seem to struggle with it seems is reading plugs for their condition. Perhaps I over think it.

The last thing I'm trying to do is reopen a debate on which plugs to fit... Just wondered on the opinions of others on this ? (all plugs are the same fyi)

Oh and if it matters its a 4.6 built by V8D with a stealth cam, very gentle porting and running no cats at all, driven around 1k miles so far on these plugs.

Looks normal to me, have a look at some plug condition charts online to give you an idea of what to look for.
