Toad alarm

Chimaera arrived today it has a Toad alarm and all seems fine but once armed it chirps a few times if you get close, is this some sort of proximity thing and if so can it be disabled, pics of fob below, I’ll contact Toad but thought someone on here may have the answer. Thanks

I think you press the lock button 3 times on a toad to disable the proximity sensor. There will be a little box hidden somewhere with a knob on it to adjust the sensitivity or you could just unplug the module from the alarm, it will probably all be hidden in the usual places.

Spaceman you’re a bloody star, thank you that seems to have fixed it. Ive emailed Toad anyway for a user guide but that seems to have solved it now, thanks again

There's not much that toad will be able to tell you, all of the installations are just down to the installer. The model number of the alarm is sometimes found on the siren and you should be able to download a manual from that, I can't remember if you can just disable the exterior zone with button presses but the best thing to do if you don't want it is to find the box and unplug ot
