Headlamp Lenses

After a bit of a ''coming together'' I need to replace the headlamp lens on my 96 Chimp. Does anyone know what the part is and how to fit it? Thanks

The lens glass is separate from the headlamp bowl so you just need to replace this (about £20). Remove the front grill to be able to remove the headlamp surround from the inside (2 10mm nuts I think). The headlamp surround is also stuck on at the top with silicone sealant so you need to carefully cut it away. The headlamp glass sits in a rubber seal and is also silicone sealed in. It is easy to remove. Assembly is pretty obvious. If you clean the reflective bowl surface only use a damp cloth - I used Mer polish and the silvering came off very easily!
