Cooling fans still on when ignition is off
Discussion
I'm sitting in my chin after returning from lunch and the fans are still running so the battery is too low to turn over. I noticed the fan was still on when I went to lunch but thought it was just a timed thing so would go off in a few mins. But no. Battery now dead and I'm working out what to do to get it home.
Anyone else had this? I've not had the car long enough to delve into the electrics so no idea if this is a fuse issue, wiring, component, etc.

Hi all - I pulled the relay out (eventually, that is one STUPID place for a fuse box FFS) to stop the fans. I'm guessing the live on the secondary side of the relay is permanently on so even without the ignition on, if the relay is stuck closed the fans will still run.
Luckily without the fans running the car would start so I got it going, reinserted the relay and managed to get back to the office. Its chattering so I'm pretty sure its a sticky relay as mentioned above. I've got one on order so hopefully that'll fix it.
Welcome back to TVR ownership! At least it wasn't raining.
