Meta 99 dash and steering column led's not flashing

I did a 'battery to the boot move' some time ago. All was well for several months however, I decided to tidy the passenger foot well, big mistake. All wiring looks okay but I've now got immobilizer preventing pump prime and starter solenoid operation and all immobilizer led's have stopped functioning. The car is stuck in a narrow garage, footwell access is very awkward but I'm hoping someone can point me at a possible cause. Cheers

I would just have a good look around in the footwell for anything disturbed, worth checking the fuses too.
I cant quite recall which fuse is for the alarm, a diagram suggests its no 5 but could be others too.
Happy your battery connections are still all good?
