R987RBV Red Chim. Any recent owners on here?

R987RBV a lovely looking 4.0 with 76k has appeared on a trade site I sometimes buy from. The last owner bought it in Sept 21 by the looks of things (last V5 issued). Very short ownership- does that spell trouble, hmmm? I’d be tempted to take a punt, The recent MOT history is nice and clean. The photos look great. There’s some info relating to it’s early history on here when I search, but nothing very recent.

Does anyone know this car? Any info would be gratefully received.

P.a I’ve been looking for a Chim for a while, I ended up buying a Tamora instead. I’ve just sold the Tam, I’d be happier with a slightly less expensive car as a weekend toy - the Chim would/could fit that bill.

My old car! I owned it from around 2002 - 2007 so may be my posts that you are referring to. I'll try to post some of the history from that time (so accept not recent) when I have a moment.
