Quite easy, on mine I used an 11/16 socket (I think, I will check if you really want me to?) with quite a long reach, a sparkplug socket the right size would be ideal, you have to cut a slot in the side of the socket to allow the cable through, and then out they screw, I believe you can buy a tool to do it, but working for a large aeroengine manufacturer making a tool was not to much of a problem.
