Well if you have a basic 4.0L the camshaft is probably a good place to start. There are a number of hybrid jobs, or you could fit a 5.0L cam without any mods (I think - don't hold me to that).
Tuners have been mentioned a number of times in recent postings, they're better qualified to comment. A rolling road session is probably a good bet afterwards too.
... or you could spend some money on a performance driving course to learn how to extract more from the car in the first place. (For all I know you might be an ex F1 driver anyway!)
