I think I need help

I have just bought a 93 4.0 Chimaera and am getting some bad vibes about my purchase! (bought the second one I saw, should have known better) So some info know would be helpful i where do I locate the engine number, ii should the engine have cast TVR rocker covers (is it the right engine for the car) iii The panel in the passerger footwell (for the fuse/relays etc) looks a real nightmare (wires ecu etc just pushed in behind the panel, this can''t be right can it) iii The dead locks refuse to work, iv car wanders at high speed (better now I checked the tyre presssures it had 35 psi all round) but still dosn''t feel right Any help would be great today I can be contacted on [e-mail]

TVR isnt cast anywhere on my engine, just some stickers on the rocker covers and some dont have anything... Wiring and ecu loose just pushed behind the batery panel, yep thats another TVR feature...... 35psi blinking flip thats a tad high... if you need to talk to a tvr owner find my number at www.mobit.co.uk and call me.. Mark, For what it's worth, if you go to my site, on the first page, there's a small thumbnail leading to a hauge picture of the engine in my tiv.
