Swirl Pot

Anyone got any tips on how to get the big brass screw of the top of the swirl pot (serpentine engine) - I wasted hours on the bl**dy thing

Use a big spanner, but slot it into the groove. See what i mean ?

thought of that - couldn't find one that fitted!

Screwdriver sideways works for me. Oh, and do it with the engine slightly warm (i.e. not hot and under loads of pressure). The brass sticks to the ally like a good 'un.
