Hi,
I would like to try and improve the brakes next time i change the pads - are there any makes of pads and or disc that anyone can recommend that will improve the braking - at the moment i do not have full confidence in them, or maybe i just need to get used to them.
thanks
Chris

I think the 97 onwards chims had the 5 ltr brakes. Maybe you can upgrade your 94 chim? IMHO they're great. Into the esses at donington, scrubbing off 100mph & no fade. All on standard pads/discs.
thanks. Maybe ill just try changing them for the standard and see if they improve, it may mean than mine are just a bit knackered and need replacing.
cheers

I recently bought new pads from david gerald. I've found them to be the cheapest so far. I'm sure they'd know about the upgrade. They do mail order too.

Hope this helps
I have just had 300mm discs/4 pots fitted - unbelievable difference
Peninsula do upgrades from the sublime to the ridiculous call them for a chat
I previously had my 4ltr brakes upgraded to 5ltr for about 200 quid
thanks.
Do you have a number for them, or a website address.
cheers
