There is a new tyre out from Vredestein, called Sprint+, comes in 205/55 ZR15 88W and 225/50 ZR16 92Y so "original" dimensions and correct speed rating. Bought a set recently but not tried so far.

Very good spot, I was going to go down the RS5's in the next few months and upgrading to 16" front 17" rear.
I will be very interested to hear how the Vredestein tyres handle.
Not too worried about wet, but do approx. 4000 miles all year round, so they do need to be okay in the wet.
There are no prices on the website, what were the costs if you don't mind? Cheers.

I was looking at the Japan Racing JR29 (7x16) Matt Bronze (F/R) on Wheelbase with Yokohama Advan Fleva V701 tyres all in at £1089.00
https://www.wheelbasealloys.com/alloy-wheels/japan...

Be interested to hear back mate for a handling and price comparison.
Cheers

What’s the review on the Vredestein’s?!
