Is anyone going to pistonfest with their atom?

Wondered if anyone is going to go to this years pistonfest?

If so is it worth going as a group booking?

Point 1/ Where are we going to get minimum 10 Atom owners to secure the group discount? I have only seem Six other Atoms and two of those were being built in the factory next to mine .
Point 2/ where are you going to carry your camping gear,or are you going to UPS it to the venue?
Point 3/ If my passenger seat is full of beer cans where will the misses sit?

Im sure if we ask Ted nicely enough he will do an Atom discount.

And you have a little compartment under the nose to fit all of the above?!?!?

Yes cos us Atom owners are such nice people we deserve a big discount,anyway I dont have many pennys left because of all the track days I am doing.
Would you do all weekend Or just one day ? I will consult the calendar to see if I can make it. Mark

I would probably go for the entire weekend, but if we were able to get a group going and the sunday was only viable id still be up for that.

My chassis is going for painting at the end of may, so will know how things are looking at the beginning of June. Is that leaving it too late?

Round up as many as you can and give me a shout and I'll see what I can do. Would be good to have a collection of Atoms there.

I went last time and had a hoot! My car ended up on the Circuit Driver display....which was nice! I think I'd be up for the Sunday - although from all the hangovers presented on Sunday, Saturday night seems to be a lot of fun! Just can't deal with tents.

I think that the more alchol that is consumed the more bareable a tent becomes!

I'll see how things go with fixing my Atom - sounds like fun though, but like Bruce, I think I'd be along just for the Sunday.
