Good news:

Just had Bilsteins fitted, the new 10 gallon tank, Dunlop R's and down one inch in size on each wheel. The tank worked brilliantly, only one fill up the entire day, however...

Bad News:

The weather's now so craap that I have no idea how much difference the suspension and tyres have made. Took it around Donnington for a shakedown and the tank kept the fuel pumping nicely through the craner curves - not a single gasp. And the suspension worked well, but I can't tell if it's OK for the road now (they're not as easy to adjust for the public road as the old shocks!). But it was so cold that the tyres never really got warmed up enough to stick! I'll have to wait a few months to see what the difference really is! Bugger!

Interesting that you've taken the wheel size down an inch.

Mine needs sorting next spring, I've still no idea how to really set it all up, plus the tyres on mine are a complete joke.

Cheers, Ross.
