What does an Atom mk2 look like? Any pics available?
Looks similar to the original Atom but the mk2 comes with a 220bhp Honda VTec engine. Reasonable power for a car that weighs 456kg.

May I ask how Happy you guys are with the new V-Tec engine?
I'm not really a big fan of these Honda V-Tec's because you allways need to keep them on high-rev's to sqeez out the performance. ( So if you, just like me, sometimes like to crousing down/up hill roads at low rev's to just enjoy the day, these engines won't satisfy you.)
But for a track-day-toy like these one, they seem to be the perfect wepon of choice. How do you think about them?
I reckon the Honda unit will be absolutely perfect for the lightweight atom.
As it is, my Civic-R is quick enough and that's about 2.5 times heavier than the Atom.
Hitting the powerband at 6k in the new Atom should be absolutely incredible in any gear I reckon...and god only knows what it will sound like!
Cheers, Ross.

It will pull from 35 in top ,it snatches below that, just being precise here !
I had mine up to 135mph last week and it was still pulling well,I can't go too mad as the engine is still tight
The MK2 is a good car ,not too sure on the tyres though ,I may get some Toyo Proxes fitted next week, the SO3's are too skittish and take too long to warm up ,maybe they will be ok on the track.
