Hi,
Does anyone ever use a dolly to transport their Atom?
If so what way round do you use it? Lift the front and leave the driveshafts turning or lift the rear and tie off/lock the steering?

Does anyone know the best trailer for an Atom, ie only just big enough, or where I may get a trailer that will do the trick. I have looked around and found somely likely suspects but would like some opinions based on experience if possible.

Thanks in anticipation

Brian James TT seems to be a popular choice.

Quite a long thread on 'dolly' trailers here a while ago, can't recall the conclusion

Could try asking over at www.atomclub.com the forum is a bit more active

There wasn't any conclusion to the trolley dollies.

Ariel did say they saw no problem using one with all 4 wheels on the road.

I'd like to try one just for convenience, chuck the dolly in the boot when not required.

Cheers guys.

I have dug out the old thread and, as you say no real conclusion.
I think I need to hire a trailer or two first to see what suits me if I am going to spend that sort of dosh.
BJ do indeed make some nice kit.

I've got a Brian James TT trailer for sale, excellent bit of kit, has been used to carry an Atom. Lockable strap box, heavy duty winch & jockey wheel, aluminium ramps.

£3k new about a year ago, just serviced. Sensible offer and you can have it.
