Cost:-

Mainly depends on what engine you stick in it. I paid about £19k for mine incl. VAT which was for the basic version about 2 years ago with 15" rims, stainless exhaust and standard 118Bhp K series engine.

Numbers:-

Don't know how may there are, Ariel always come up with some fairly vague numbers.

Personally in the UK I'm aware of about 6 but I'm sure there are more. A lot get shipped abroad to places like Australia.
