Hey guys , i reciently ordered our Atom 245 from Simon , its due mid oct , its got everything but the S/Charger and those lovley magnesium wheels! Finished in R1 blue.
I have joined the club and just thought idd introduce myself here and hopefully see some of you guys on a trackday soon!

Hello Paul,
I think I'm a few weeks behind you. I'm probably going to order one fairly soon. Can I ask what made you decide to buy one? Had you driven any on track before? Are you intending to track it much or have it more as a Sunday blatter? I too would be after a 245 with pretty much everything except the mags and supercharger. Just asking really as I'm on the verge of commiting I think but need that final push. I spoke to Ariel yesterday and was told October too. Only problem with ordering one now is that it'll be delivered in time for the November rain! Perfect when you're buying a car as practical as an Atom.
On a separate note, thank you Bruce and Ross for your kind offers for Saturday. If you fancy being a passenger in mine too then that'll be fine.

Actually, unless you live in Plymouth, rainfall is pretty constant all year:
(30 year average rainfall in mm)
And February in London is positively arid!

I had never driven an atom before i went to the factory , or even seen one for that matter!
We decided to call in at the factory on our way back from holliday as its wasnt really convineint to go on a weekend as it is a 6 hour drive for us.
As soon as we got there Simon attended to us immediatley , firstly the car looked even better in the flesh than it did in all the mags! So , a good start!
From there we went for a test drive , that for me hit the nail on the head as from there we ordered one!
All i can say is , go out in one , and im sure you'll have your order in too!
