Where are you sitting?

When I first saw the Atom chassis I thought that this might also be a good basis for a 3-seat sports car. Big daddy sitting in the middle surrounded by 2 slim female passengers, size as shown by the cheerleader in the other thread.
Basically the concept as realised by another small British carmaker: www.aeonsportscars.com

(Perhaps you also remember McLaren`s F1? But this would be too heavy for my wallet, and me too. )

One problem for Atom- owners seem to be their helmets because somehow they spoil the show.
Therefore at least the girls should not need to wear a helmet.
For the ugly fat owner mostly sitting under his helmet alone in his Atom it also would also be better to be located very close to the longitudinal centreline of gravity.
I hope you know why.

I guess you are sitting on the wrong side because the Atom has been designed in UK where drivers sit on the right hand side.

BTW. You know if the steering rack is coming from the same source as the Elise rack (company called Titan ) and has the same quality problems, too?

I know one should not feed the trolls but the right side of the car is the best place for the driver as the weight of the driver counters the rotational torque of the drive shaft, thus making for a flatter and therfore faster car. I would have thought you would have known this with your vast engineering knowledge.

If the fat bloke is sitting in the middle with a slim girl either side. Then the girls most definately need helmets as they are protecting him. I have no idea what this thread is about, but I would also like to point out if you are sitting in the middle where the hell is the gear stick.

PS Hart how do you know Ariel owners are all ugly if we are under our helmets?
