Hohh yessss, we liked that! - Could've been longer though...

I liked the comment (not verbatum, but in spirit) "Ariel have found some people who were obviously dropped on their heads at birth...who want a 300bhp supercharger!" Hmmm...That'll be Meyrick & Julian then!

Up the Atom!

I laughed when I heard that comment on the 300! Good to see it on the TV again, and great to see the factory - I've never seen it before!

I bet Ariel's website is taking a hammering!

For those who didn't/couldn't see the programme, there are a couple of stills on the news page of the atomclub website (and some wee little ones on the five website), along with a reminder that it's repeated tomorrow at 7:30

Their review:

Tom in the Ariel Atom

Tom Ford tests the world's maddest car – the Ariel Atom. Assembled by three men in a sleepy village in Somerset, incredibly it is one of the fastest vehicles ever made. It amounts to little more than some tubing mounted on four wheels, and has no doors, no windscreen and no bodywork. Amazingly, it accelerates to 60mph in just 3.2 seconds, quicker than the world's fastest car the McLaren F1.

Try google search for a bit torrent program such as 'Azureus', then download the file thats available on final gear... open it and the download of fifth gear should start.

First you need to download a bit-torrent program such as Azerius or I think I got mine at www.bittorrent.com
Once the program is installed you need to open the 'download' program and leave it running. Then go to the FinalGear website and click on the program you want, it will then ask you to agree to a disclaimer and after that it will say 'click here for your torrent', right click the torrent and do save as, I then just take the default torrent name. Once it is saved it will ask if you want to open, click yes, and then check the dowloader and you should see that the file is now downloading.

Be warned it can be very slow at busy times

Good luck and enjoy
