Insurance written off....

Hi, bit of a weird one, Norwich union have my car as being written off in 2003, the MY is 2013 3.5.. has anyone else seen this before ?

no, and it did have a private plate on previously... bit worried now

I have seen this before.
It is something to do with the number plate being on a car written off in the past.
