Atom without the engine

Hi all,
Does anyone know if the factory would supply an Atom without the engine?
Also, following on from the question above, does anyone know if it's possible to shoe-horn a B-series into where the 2.0 iVTEC beast sits? What series is the new Honda engine - anyone know?
I'm just thinking about ways to get more power for cheap - I had a B series running at ~200bhp in my CR-X del Sol, and that was fairly cheap to do. These B Series (B16A) are so cheap these days - around £1K and pump out 160bhp as standard - could possibly be a good cost saver.
Any thoughts?

The engine is a K20a from a civic typeR/ Acura RSX...
It even turns the correct way ...

15K is my budget and I'm looking to buy next month. If he can go that low then I might need to talk with him.

Simon sold us our Atom 1 without an engine in as we knew better than him about building a K to a high spec.!!!!!
Don't do it, ended up costing loads of money, time, hassel and us selling it and getting a Mark 2!!!!
There are people coming to track days in the early Atom 120's that can still kill most things out there and have loads of fun!!!!!
I can remember struggling to keep up with Brice in his 160 Ver 1.5!!!!
