Who is up for these? I will be taking the 220 on both (the May one will be its last outing with us hopefully). I will be taking the chunnel the night before, staying at a mate's B&B about 2 clicks from La Source (top place, you get met with a beer) which is usually about €40-50 a night including supper, wine and breakfast, plus a tour of the old circuit if you like.

Let me know. It is utterly fabulous in an Atom. Slicks are available at the circuit if you order them (I will be) and spare tyres if you wear them out.

A 220 can do Eau Rouge flat in the dry - can you?

I'll have a think about this one, need to see what I can do about someone taking care of the business for a couple of days.

Also not sure if I'll have my new one run in by then.

Sounds good though - always wanted to have a run at Spa.

Cheers, Ross.

Can't do the May one... April... Hmmm... VERY tempted...

Finale Dinner?
Garage?

How much on top of the £500 (inc extra passenger) will it cost to get there and back, and stay there for two days? I guess what I'm asking is, what should one realistically allow as a budget for the trip? I get that 'grand' feeling...

Staying there is usually about €50-60 a night plus same again for dinner on one night. Travel is a couple of tanks of petrol, plus about £100 for the chunnel.

A grand is a bit thick, normally works out at about £750 all in. Depends a bit how much you drink!

PS, I gather that the May one is fully booked now. April has spaces.

April will be too soon for me - I think that this year, I'll probably end up sticking to UK circuits.

Maybe next spring.

Too early? It is for me too.

I'm interested in doing a combined Spa/Ring weekend in August/September though.

I have found space for the 25th May, but not the 24th. How many of you have booked May? If it is a few of you I will come out for one day.

I have now booked the 25th. Has anyone booked the tunnel and accommodation? If so email me the details and I will try to book on the same train & hotel. Then we can have a nice convoy!!
