Does anyone have the rear plate size handy, I need to get one made up.

Ask the factory, Peter. Also, you'll might need a self-adhesive vinyl front plate - although actually, these aren't fully legal either according to the DVLA, so you might just want to risk no plate at the front - it's a £30 fine if you're pulled and the BiB come over all unnecessary ...
