This was me and the WIFE! (not daughter or son). A new Atom (version) 245 bhp 3.5. Barely 3 weeks old and just running it in really but using all the rev range of the awesome Type R engine which my wife,(who has owned a FN2 Civic Type-R for the last 4 years) and I (owned the previous EP3 CTR for 3 years and 40,000+) are a little more than familiar with. Took me ages to decide and then pluck up the courage to go for a test drive at the Somerset factory,(who have been fantastic answering all my queries and questions before I ordered it) but it is everything that I wanted in a recreational/weekend/hoon car! Afraid it would be too raw,but it is an "event" each and every time you use it. And will take some time to "master" which is what all great cars should challenge you with.
The engine induction noise, natural aspiration, high revving unit,unbelievable handling,great steering feel,economical (31+mpg) and being a bit of a work of art,mean it will be a bit of a keeper.
Pretty quick too!
