Thought I'd post a quick gopro vid of me and my new wife leaving the church and arriving at our wedding reception in my Atom.

Perfect wedding car!

How do you find the Lotus compared to the Atom? Genuinely interested as you have lengthy 1st hand experience of both.

Absolutely loving it. Both are fantastic cars in there own ways, and if i could afford it id have both, but as an ownership experience the Lotus takes it as its 90% as exciting on the road, arguable better on track (probably not quicker though) and you could use it every day if you want. The steering is wonderful too!

The Atom is obviously mental (in a good way), and a proper hardcore experience with genuine supercar performance, although with significantly less bhp per ton in the Lotus, i miss the speed way less than i thought i would.

I found with the Atom i was limited in how, when, and what i could use it for and therefore ended up not being able to drive it as much as i want out of my "fun" car (my daily drive is a 1.6 Focus! so i need my car fix from the fun car). Where as i can drive the Lotus whenever i like without worrying about the weather, and take my wife with me (wedding day was the only time she went in it!).

I did a trackday at Bedford the other week - Fun cross country 3hr drive in less than 3 degrees with a night stay over. I wouldn't have been able to do this with the Atom.
