Ha ha lol, I wasn't that much quicker than you Mark (certainly not by the end anyhow).

And thanks, it was a really excellent day - cracking track and facilities, definitely have to go there again.

Did that DVD of Mallory work okay in your home DVD? I've done a good one of Friday with all the crap edited out, lasts about 30 mins and has a proper menu system - I'll put it in the post for you today.

An in car lap and pitlane flyby available here:-

Cheers, Ross.

I reckon I could have helped to shave a good couple of seconds off that lap, Mark! Your turn in to the first hairpin is way too early (as are a couple of others, and there are good tips for the right line onto the bowl (the second of the two lines on the wall is the turn in point, and the TV camera high on the start finish gantry is the aim-for point for the best exit line There are lots more - I'll show you next time...

Also you might want to add this to your birthday present list...

nag,nag nag nag, yes I know the lines were bad,but your a real OLD hand at this stuff, and its only my third track day. I would love to meet you at snetterton so that you could pass on some more of your wisdom to me but I nearly knocked my back wheel off the Atom on Friday , I reversed it into my wifes new RX8,Mr popular I am not !! folded the suicide door and creased the sill. I have to get the wheel and wishbones checked this weekend.

Harrumph! Not so much of the OLD, you whippersnapper! So, whose insurance are you claiming on for the RX? I reckon it went sideways into the Atom... Sounds like the amount of the damage could be something similar to a Rocket III! Say bye bye

Don,t even mention the bike, that's another story ! I have the RX8 booked in to be fixed next week, I told Linda not to expect a christmas pressy as the excess was £250 ! that went down well, lol
I took a good look at the Atom last night ,and its not as bad as I thought, all the damage is on the mudgaurd, will get the alignment checked as a precaution.

Bruce, I'm the guilty party in the clip above I'm afraid - so I'll be expecting some lesson time from you next time we're on a trackday together! (once I've got a new Atom of course)

Cheers, Ross.

Mark - sorry to hear you've stuffed your Atom into Linda's car - you muppet!

Maybe Bruce has some handy reversing tips as well....
