I am posting this on behalf of Jerry Reynolds who is taking part in the Gumball Rally starting Wednesday in Paris. Jerry brought his Viper and Hummer across from the States for the race and I was fortunate to get to drive it from Sheerness to Paris on Saturday. Our normal cars are an EVO VII & VIII so I am sure you can all imagine how long it took for the grin to wear off my face (if it has yet)

You can see some pictures at his 'themed' website and follow his teams progress. www.torquenstein.net

Jerry asked me to thank Neil and the other UK viper owners who provide valuable information prior to bringing the cars across. I am sure he would appreciate it if any of you guys would sign his guestbook.

Nice website. Must have been an experience to go in such a fast modded Viper:

• 700 BHP
• 0-60 in 2.99 Sec!
• 1/4 mile: 10.76 @ 132 mph
• v10
• Convertible
• Red

Yes it certainly was a great experience. The only issue I had was the noise. I have never been inside a mobile sub woofer before

Heard from Trevor this morning, The Venom SRT was written off in Morocco on Saturday ! Sounds like driver and passenger were ok but sustained injuries, and are carrying on in the H2, not nice

That is a shame It seems like there have been so many accidents - Lamborghinis, Ferraris and the Reyland Escort have all been involved in accidents.
