'Dads Day Out' Saturday 14th May 2011

Hello all, I have been asked by the Team of Petrolhead Nirvana if the Viper Club would like to display a line up of Vipers on a static display at Dunsfold Airfield on the 14th May 2011. Next year will be bigger and better than ever, PHN and Club scuderia have secured large sponsorship from a leading petroleum manufacturier. This is a one day event with monies raised going to Tadworth Court children's charities.
There will be some Vipers being used for Joy rides, but at the moment that is strictly on an invite only basis.
The main part of the day is to give the public a chance to ride in a 'Supercar' with monies raised going to the above charity

Pistonheads will also be running a Saturday service run to the event

as mentioned this event is even better for 2011, for those that came along in 2010 or saw the videos, you'll know what it's about.
Firstly every penny raised goes directly to the charity.
It's a major event with upwards of 8,000 people expected, live music, east coast FMX motorbike team, M.A.D. mountain bike display team, helicopter rides, drifting and of course 100+ supercars giving rides around the track (including vipers)
The more support we get the more money we raise, so even if you can't make it you can still help by passing on the buzz and the info.
We've already been at work on this for 4 months and have 3 months to go, all voluntary and all for the express purpose of making it the best event we can.

OK, Ive been really busy lately and have not had much of a chance to talk with 'Harsh' 
I'm not sure at the moment how many cars are actually being invited to give Joy rides? I know of 2 'confirmed' Vipers, but am not sure about the others.
All being well, I will see some of the organizer's this Sunday, I will try and get more details of exactly what is on offer (if anything)!
I know last year El President was driving the Mamba. I don't know if Mr Lacey is driving again this year and taking the R8 instead? This may open up an extra place for a Viper? But like I said, I will let you all know ASAP

I've bought one of these and getting in on basis of being a pistonheader/ petrol nirvanaanananan-er, like last year. Note display tickets are only valid for entry before 8/830 (not sure which- i'll be there at 8!) and think sales will stop this weekend...
