I've SORN'd the Viper for the winter this year and just had my insurance renewal through. They can't offer any discount for the fact the car is off the road. Has anyone used any specialist insurance for this purpose?

I have my motorcycle insured on a fire and theft off road policy with Carol Nash Insurance. I know they have branched out now into car policies, they might be worth a try?
