im pretty sure they were all single cab

With just 75k on the clock of such a large unstressed engine one has to wonder why the engine has been rebuilt?

Personally I much prefer the look of the model after this one with the 5.7 in a quad cab configuration but just cannot bring myself to either part with my 5 series nor pay the petrol bill of the truck! (but I do very much like them )

Have to agree, I much prefer the look of the newer trucks.. Particularly the Rumblebee, and the SRT obviously..
