Just got back from watching the FIA GT at the ring good racing. Tried to drive the ring this morning. I got tested in the car park and failed. The jobs worth prick failed me and said the limit was 90db. He tested me twice before he failed me. Fishboy nearly got on but was turned back by the same prick. Mike was told it wad a 100db limit on Friday

After Neil and Rich left a couple of Ducatis went on that made Fishboys car sound electric. Thanks to Adrian for the ride around in the passenger seat

I really don't get decibel noise? some cars sound really loud yet get a low reading, and other cars with a quieter engine end up getting a high rating confused

Many thanks Paul and a special thanks to Werner, the german who orginised most of it with frends, a stunning track, exceptional food, and hospitality come on next year

Charlie cloud9 drove my Viper round the track at 100+mph I need to start hiding the keys

Fishboy had a duel with the ACR the owner who did not like 2nd, he took the rear wing of and ran an ran and ran the 1/4 mile and demanded a re run he got one or two on fishboy in the end but then just got gready and fishboy got one back woohoo to show the german its not about winning he dun a double dounut at the end of the 1/4 mile on the runway woohoo

Fishboy also managed a comendable second on the slalom being beaten by ( it must be noted there were porkers (Porch), rara's ( Ferrari ), roller-skates (lotus 7s), rs2000 escorts a Nissan with moor mods than Nads car, but well it was me I won woohoocloud9

Just got back. What a great trip. Shame I didn't get to drive the ring but at least I got to go round with Adrian. Vernon treated us all to dinner last night. Wish I'd known before hand as I wouldn't have had 2 starters and a pudding when nobody else did. Fishboy - don't be too gutted about the ring - we heard Vernons plan for next year;)

Big thanks to all that organised such a great weekend
