2010 Viper Club Christmas Dinner

I know it's early to be thinking about Christmas... But... As yet we have no organiser in place for this year.

Over the past few years Baz has taken up the mantle in Luton, last year Richard organised a dinner and hotel a little outside of Guildford, (which I am sure can be arranged again this year without too much fuss, if everyone was happy with it).

Or does anyone fancy taking up the reins for this year? Ideally needs to be someone/somewhere reasonably central(ish)? I would happily organise it myself but I am guessing that I am a little too far South for most people, being a good hour or so from the bottom of the M25.

Anyone? or Any Suggestions?

I think last year was pretty good. Good function room, good grub, good company, somewhere nice to kip, good breakfast. However, I do seem to remember something with some of the guests being disturbed by strange noises during the night! Now who was.......oh I can't remember, I'm sure it'll come back to me.

Thorought enjoyed last years party.
Good food - good location - good service - comfortable accomodation and well priced.

I enjoyed the Guildford one, but then I am biased as its only down the road from me :-)

Guildford is viper driving distance in any weather bar snow for me (haven't tested the snow plough attachments yet!), but happy with wherever we go.

I am advised that all is Ok for the same place as last year, we can have the back room for the dinner again, and rooms are not a problem.

A few ideas for places for next year have been floated, off the boards, but we will see what the general opinion is next time due to potential travelling distances for some people.
