Hi guys, just to let you know, ive just been up the road for a quick blast in the gts,the first time with the new shorter gear knob on from MGW and i gotta say its loads better than the original tall 97 gts knob,
feels much more direct,it may have cost alot but its well worth it,BIG smiles today biggrin

Really like the MGW Knobs, much improved over stock, and look great!

To increase the feel, shorten the throw, and get better spring return to the centre it's well worth upgrading the shifter to a B&M Short Shifter, or the Hurst version which is available from Chuck.

Here's the instructions for future reference:

Due to miss-use! I'm thinking tightening the knob round as far as it can go, and then a whole lot further may have had something to do with that... biggrin

Loved the one I had in the RT
