If you want to be in the VCA then get in touch with ViperPaul. I probably shouldn't say this though but not a lot of point in joining the VCA this far through the year, unless things have changed if you join in sept you get the remainder of the year for free, so unless you want to do something that requires vca membership (voi, discounts etc) I'd wait.
