Gen3 questions

After missing out on an Ebay Gen2 coupe due to "issues"
Ive been looking at Gen3 roadsters.

Im 6'6" so obviously seating position is important. Does anyone tall have one? Does the seat go nice and low and far back?
Is the steering wheel adjustable? I know the pedals are. What about the soft top. Would I have to cut a hole for my head!?

There was a couple on PH for sale recently, one in Harlow and the other in Canterbury area at Newport Imports, both seem to have either sold or be taken off for a while. I work weekends quite a bit so going and seeing stuff can take a while.

Maybe if someone is in the Herts area and wouldnt mind, Id love to call by and check out the seating position and talk "shop" with the owner They could take me for a spin around the block too if they insisted

Whilst not a Gen3 owner I have sat in a few and at 6'4" I am almost up there with you. I really like them and would be very keen to get one but even at my height find that the windscreen is very low and the forehead seems to protrude. A seat lowering kit would help though.

Oh and I looked at the car in Newport and I don't think you really missed out on that one

Hi Rich, I have many customers with the same concerns as you do for comfort and safety in a Viper, also the thoughts of your forehead as a windscreen.
