i am looking at fitting larger brakes to a 97 gts, has anyone here got any for sale , if so please pm me.

Hi Dave,

If it's a Stoptech Kit you are after, have a word with Scott at Abbey Motorsport, as this is where I got mine from.

I'm pretty sure that I got the last 17" kit Stoptech had, and I don't think they are doing any more of them, but the 18" kit is definitely still available, I notice that you are looking at buying bigger wheels too, so this will not be a problem.

The SRT Big Brake Upgrade, known as Dave's Big Brakes, is available from JonB at Partsrack, or as far as I am aware, you can buy the brackets etc direct from Mike at www.ipsco.org, and get hold of the calipers, rotors etc yourself.

Plenty of options available to you, just depends on the size of the wheels as to what size rotors you can fit.

thanks Dave,abbey did the ecu on my skyline,good company.
i need to check out the style of wheels first to make sure it will all fit.

You will need the mounting brackets, pads, correct size rotors, replacement parking brakes, proportioning valve & stainless steel lines would be a good idea.
