Hi Fishboy, sorry mate, had no idea it was you in that van waving at me.
Yep....finally got the road tax on Saturday. Couldn't go out immediately as I had a load of ready-mix concrete delivered - had to lay that, then it pi**ed with rain.
First day out and I get spotted !!! Obviously not very inconspicuous ???
Ripley is near Woking in Surrey. I lived there for many years, and was on the way to see my brother who was there at my Mum's place bulding his new dragster in her garage.
He knew nothing of me buying & importing the Viper (I'd managed to keep it secret from most people), and his first words when he saw the car were.... "You have got to be f*cking Joking ?". The look on his face was priceless. Needless to say, him and his 2 sons were well pleased. Even my 79 yr old Mum struggled out to the driveway to get close-up.
It's a great car, looks superb and drives beautifully. Cheers for the compliments.
Had a tw@t in a 'Carrera S' trying itt on near Guildford on the A3, other than that, loads of people (especially kids) waving and smiling as we went by.

yes she did sure look the nuts ,and all i can say is get used to it, she will get a bit of attention.
and i cant beleive that some one would bring in a car ,without telling anyone
well i told 2 people i think and one found out (neil), who poped round to baz,s one day and we,sorry baz was doing the sva work. We got called sneeky b
ds !!!!!..dont know what they mean. 
oh you will always get some tosser who wants to play or just piss you off, like the tt i had in a orange M3 BMW the other night , best thing is just ignor the numptees
