Looking to buy a Viper...

Hi Guys,

Well, I'm just starting to look at buying a Viper and would really appreciate any thoughts/guidance/etc so I don't buy a 'lemon' etc.

If folk could be so kind as to let me know about servicing, insurance, good indy dealers, etc that would be superb.

This will be my 1st foray into American car ownership, so i want it to be a good one!

Yes they are LHD..
There are a few for sale is PH classifieds some being members cars..
Atlantic sports cars have them now and again as well.

What generation are you after? coupe or roadster and your price limits would be a good indication also..

Hi Guys,

Looking to spend circa £30k.

The short story is that when the Mrs & I went on honeymoon we spent the last week (of three) at the 'ring. We had rides in the Zakspeed Viper and were hooked, so on the shopping list it went!

Not sure if it will get down our drive at present tho...
