Looking to upgrade the radio head unit in my car, So what have you guys got? Any of you tried these motorised head units? I want to use the same speakers and do not want any of those bling Base boxes in the boot. Any recommendations?

Just bought a Pioneer sat nav / multi media unit off Ebay If it does not work I can always sell it again

it all about having the right connections out the back to hook with the old 90's amp, see Bazs posts

On a 99 Car the standard radio can be replaced using an adapter with just one wire added, cant remember what think it may be the light.

But note you will lose the clock, as most UK radios assume that the car has a clock fitted unlike the USA.

Took my local radio shop about two minutes to work out which adapter I needed and me about 10 minutes to fit.

99 onward cars have a speed sensor wire and this is more complex, but Baz has an answer for that.
