I have had a set of wheels powdercoated in black but have not yet fitted them as waiting for a set of Tom's big brakes with red covers which will show them off well. I am curious to see what they will look like so did a search of the VCA site and came up with the exact same wheels.

What do we think ??

I went with the Doc's recommendation and used Pristine Wheels in Luton because they were the only people who could guarantee to remove the chrome properly. £60 per wheel plus vat and they have done a fantastic job. They will arrange collection and delivery back. Thanks again Baz beer

Look great in black, I've always been a fan of black wheels. Had a set powder coated last year, took the lacquer off with paint stripper. Sometimes a pin-stripe can look good around the groove in the rim edge, or a good vinyl red stripe if you wanted to check out the look without being permanent.

Ohhh yehhh - the joke's on me! wobble
NOT YOUR CAR - in that case "black on red looks naff!"
In fact, "RED looks naff." hehe
How about a blue respray with white stripes.
Or maybe even something completely different ... gotta be better than RED hasn't it. whistle
