I know I've posted about this before, but I've got a club registration form and am willing to have a go if anyone is interested.

Have a look at the website http://www.silverstoneclassic.com/ and let me know . If there's enough interest I'll sort it.

Looks interesting...

I'm tempted, but would like to know a bit more about how it all works... Are the cars in there for the duration of the weekend? Or can we get them out in the evening? If they are there all weekend where would we be staying? What are the costs of a club stand? (At some events it has been very high... Goodwood for instance)

That's a couple of questions to get things started

I hadn't realised that... BBQ on the Saturday, and another day there then possibly?

Hi All, after an initial enquiry to the organisers and a not particularly positive response on here I didn't bother looking into the event any further. I've since had a message from them, chivvying people up for business I guess, but it appears that we have a space for 6-8 cars if we want it. It would be inside the "payline", outside the track behind the grandstand to the north of Woodcote, which is after the complex before the start/finish straight. I know that there is the ASC BBQ on sat but from what I can gather we are only there on sun if we want.

Prices, with our disc code applied are below.

Is everyone still in?

I'll be booking the tickets in the next couple of days £18.90 per car inc passenger before 30th June. Tickets are only sold in pairs so if Dr Bob can't make it there'll be a spare.

I've just booked and paid for the tickets. They are sold in pairs (3 off) so there is room for another car if anyone fancies it.

I'll PM you all with the details.

Thanks.

Sorry guys, but this is looking more and more unlikely for me at the moment. May have to drop out I'm afraid.
Sorry!
