Andrew told me it was ground down then chrome plated, with a new roe racing throttle body

It probably took me about 10 hrs to first grind the worst off of the surface, then with a couple of different sanders go from 80 grit right up to 2000 grit,i was going to leave just polished but the chap who chromed our thunderbird parts was up for giving it a go nickle first then chrome,mmm what's next.

You did a great job there Andrew, nice one. When you said polished, I was hoping you were going to then anodise, I went down the polished option on the Cobra and it quickly turns a fury option with cold olde damp UK climate! That Chrome looks just the job.
