will the battery be flat when she gets to the UK??

opening the hood is a little tricky if you havent seen one before and it's probably best that info is emailed to you, rather than posted here
they can be hard to jump start from the jump posts under the bonnet,
do you know where the battery is located ?

felixstove is nice and friendly port but they usually put the container on the floor so take some solid planks of wood with you strong stanley knife and a good crow bar and a hammer and torch with you and ask them not to open the container without your precence.if you need more info let me know i have used that port alot.
they tend to drain quicker when they are alarmed up, 2 weeks with the alarm on will start to flatten the battery, but that wont need setting on the trip over
i remember when Steves 91 came across they put the keys on the dash, the battery drained and somehow the doors locked with the keys inside, maybe the shippers pressed the switch on the door lock to lock it, luckly they had dropped the window an inch
when you pop around on saturday ill show you where the jump post is

yea the viper doors themselves are really wide about 300mm thick at the bottom, so you need quite a bit of space to open the door then enough room to climb out, so i hope your garage is wide enough
i reckon you probably need at least 700mm past the car body to squeeze out

ouch.. youll need to get busy with the underseal and such like as they arent protected underneath in anyway, so you dont want to get caught in any salt on the way home, youll have to be careful as the constant damp on them bling wheels will kill them off
outdoor car cover wouldnt go a miss then either

If its a new battery you may be alright, (still take the jump leads just in case) Mine has a 1yr old battery and it has been sitting around far too much lately due to weather, whenever i have put the charger on it has switched straight to maintenance mode and starts up no problems.
If its not too late it might be worth getting the coolant checked/changed. I don't know where the ships actually sail but it might get quite cold out there in the Atlantic at this time of year.
