OK rember last year the posting about recall work and the cockups that chysler garages were making.I had the front done by john hazzard but didn't have the rear done.Which chysler garage does anybody recomend if any ? has everybody had there cars done ? can the parts be obtained from chysler and carried out by a competent person other than chysler ?

I've had more than enough chats with Milton Keynes, they wont let you obtain the parts from them and take them for fitting at your own competent garage, they have to be fitted by one of their 'authorised' garages not necessarily a Chrysler dealership. When it came down to the nitty gritty, they suggested I contacted the dealership in Norwich as they had completed 6 vehicles at the time.

Chrylser will pay the bill for transportation on a flatbed both ways, but will not allow you to drop the car off and return in a courtesy car

I believe Viper Larrys dealership has also carried out some decent work, somewhere in Kent, a search will bring it up

typical Chrysler, left doesn't know what the right foot is doing, get on to Milton Keynes if you want to sort it and put your viper on a flatbed
